Roasted Pork meat

Ingredients
- 1kg pork meat
- 2 medium onion finely chopped ( divide it and set one aside)
- 4 tbsp. ginger garlic paste (see recipe)
- 2 Maggi cube of your choice i use shrimp
- salt to taste
- 1 tsp oregano
- 2 tbsp. suya spices (optional)
Directions
- Cut the pork in desired size wash it and place it in a cooking pot with cover
- Add all the ingredients with the pork (except the onion you set aside) use your hand to mix everything together and cover and let it rest for 30 minutes
- Place it on high heat stir it occasionally you can add a cup of water if you want but the meat already contains water. Cook it for about 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven 15 minutes before the meat is done
- After the meat is done remove it and place it in the oven make sure you don't add the broth
- Grill the pork golden brown on each side (make sure it don't burn)
- Place the grilled pork in a pan and add the remaining onion and the suya spices on a low heat stirring occasionally till everything is mixed well and the onions turns glazed
- Serve it with fresh pepper and ebba as you see on the picture, banku, rice, fried yam etc... Enjoy
