Spicy fried egg

Ingredients

• 3 Eggs
• 1/2 Medium onion
• 1/2 Green scotch bonnet pepper
• 1/2 Medium unseeded tomato
• Pinch of salt
• 2 tbsp. of oil

Directions

• Break the eggs in a small bowl
• Cut the scotch bonnet pepper into very tiny pieces
• Cut the rest of the ingredients into fine pieces
• Add all the ingredients together and add the salt
• Whisk everything together
• Put fry pan on a medium heat and add the oil and let it heat well
• Put the egg mixture in the pan and fry it till golden brown and turn the other side and fry it also
• Enjoy with bread and coffee or tea
